Ebay had a coin for sale and the same coin was tested in Ohio, it was fake.

Alibaba sells the fakes with the same slab numbers 4387420-073 etc etc etc

Cant trust the Chinese lol

I only buy from reputable vendors. Even then its caveat emptor caveat venditor so verify it yourself IMO

Luckily most of the fakes are off weight abd easier to tell

The worst counterfeiters use tungsten to mimic weight and its close for gold

Locally, a guy bought a collection from a lady on facebook. 10k in cash gone and every coin he got was a fake.

Friend of mine stopped by Saturday with Silver bars he had just bought at Flea market..
I held a magnet over them and..ClinkClinkClink..They each picked up off the table and STUCK to the magnet...
Called a friend of mine who is the local sheriff deputy and he met us over at the flea market just as the seller was packing up to leave..

My friend got a refund from the seller.
