Looks to me like the man with the camera made a reasonable attempt to retreat and the man kept on and got what he was asking for. The old man was coming at the camera man and the camera man was retreating and asked the man to not come at him. I could see me being the old man. Its been a while since I've been in a confrontation and there is a chance my mouth could write a check my tail could not cash. The next time I would respect someone's personal space. Im guessing the old man spends a lot of time on the internet. This is a reminder to me to be kind.
