F.I. engine stalling because of slow idle speed

Intake gaskets are leaking when cold. The plastic intake manifold shrinks when cold and the rubber gaskets do not seal well until the intake has warmed up and expanded. Idle air control valve would cause issues after it was warmed up if that was the problem. Intake gaskets on that engine are an easy 2 hour job.

I'd clean my ground connections as well just because it would only help.
I would also clean the MAF sensor. They make a special spray.
I'm also a fan of the vacuum gauge.

Use the special spray for the throttle body
Do not use carb cleaner or brake cleaner

also the $200 Bluetooth scanners are totally worth the money

you can see everything in real time while the engine is running or driving

and they are very handy when shopping for a used car.
Grind of ours is looking for a used small suv with a budget of $3500 and they asked me to go along and I brought the scanner and rejected both potential vehicles because of the large amount of trouble codes stored in the cars computers
One seller was visibly upset when I pulled it out of my pocket and plugged it into the port under the dash.
he knew what I was gonna see.
