I freehand, it's very controllable,and precise

I made some fan blades out of 1/4 thick black gloss plex for outdoor deck ceiling fans (original blades started to sag with time) worked great

Also a windshield for a UTV out of Lexan (cut out the air vents,and "pre drilled" the bolt holes to prevent cracks)
