I’ll post information when I get it finalized. The probate court is the hold up. It’s been 4 months so I’m thinking any day.
And the courts are not working right now...

When I did this a part-time occupation we charged a fee based on the estimated value of the material goods listed and/or inventoried and guaranteed to sell under contract. That meant no relatives or "friends of the family" coming into the house after we started clean-up and prep cherry picking items they "were promised" by the former owner(s). In a typical house in San Francisco we'd ring up about $35k on the low end and $200k on a good sale. Some estates had materials or household goods that we estimated at more than $1,000,000. On that type of estate we'd work on a much lower percentage. Figure about 40 - 60% as a fee to the agent depending upon how much work/advertising/size of customer base they might have to do.

not sure what kind of goods are in ur estate sale...but there is a company that can handle it online called everything but the house...EBTH
