They just sent that out earlier today, I guess in response to all the phone calls and emails about issues.
Seems their email methods are just as jacked up as their Eforms. lol.
Hopefully the turnaround they claim will be semi-accurate.

It'll be updated. I spoke to the NFA branch yesterday and it's supposed to say 60-90 days.
yea, my personal account. Wasnt able to do it earlier in the day, but was in the afternoon. Guess I got lucky.
Finally got a email back and got into my account. It looks a little different but seemed to run faster than the old account. I scrolled to the end to where the electronic documents are to be uploaded, hoping to find some answers for the electronic fingerprint files and stuff and it was no help. I did send a few messages into the experts, one of which was if an individual can initiate a E-file form 4 from a dealer ( almost certain no but its a nice thought) and asked for more info on the fingerprint stuff. I did note that mailing in fingerprints for a e file form 4 is the same as for a form 1 as notated in the opening page of the form 4. Cover-sheet and away it goes.
