Eat fat, avoid sugar

Been eating the “paleo” diet for over a year now. Feel better than I ever have at 30, more energy, less aches, and lost probably 30 lbs from when I ate a carb asked diet.

Processed/refined carbs will definitely keep weight on. Cutting them out has really helped me with the same positives you listed! The not getting so tired often is wonderful, though I do miss pasta and bread sometimes. Not enough to go back
