Flood happened in kitchen couple months ago and ruined some drywall and insulation in the basement.
Need both replaced here in Marietta. Not a huge job, but will be doing whole Garage this winter.
Available all weekend (cable down there to watch football!) and most of next week.
Floor boards in that area need to be done as well, but not a necessity.
