DQ to end the year!!!!

So this was how my 2020 season ended of course...... so the stage before I DQ’d I forgot to take the safety off my shotgun and it cost me an extra second I could have saved so I told myself and even the RO as I was making ready “I got to make sure I take that dang safety off” i took the safety off but went too far in and touched off a round inside the barrel...... no one was hurt and no guns were damaged so it was the best case of a stupid thing..... I was so happy to be on the range with friends again that it didn’t even make me that mad I was shooting really well up to that point and was in my happy place with my people! Next year will be better!!!
