Do you think the brace ban will actually happen?

Only curious if you think the pistol brace ban will fail or if you think it's definite and only a matter of time, either through the "new" ATF definitions or by EO?

I don't currently own any braced pistols but, I can see the appeal of a folding braced pistol for a truck gun/range toy... just not at the current prices.

Nobody knows for sure, and I understand it doesn't matter to most.

I don’t think they will be banned, but I do believe pistols with them attached will be deemed SBRs requiring stamp/registration no different than when you slap a regular stock on an AR pistol.

Best answer. Who gives a ****. Get what you want and do what you want, if that’s your thing. I’m not into braces, or SBR stuff, so I could care less.
