So, I was bored today. Flat out bored. So I did this. The hepa filter from my research is about the same as level 3 mask fabric. Print time is 3.3 hrs. Procurement of filter material was courtesy a rigid shop vac hepa filter, elastic from wife’s sewing basket, rubber band. It breaths ok if your at rest, but the minute you need a lot of volume, it won’t work.

Nice. Some people with 3D printers are getting a LOT of use out of them right now.

Wish I had a 3D scanner and printer for a hobby related project. May eventually try sending some small stuff to a business that does the scanning for you if it is not too expensive.

Put in a one-way exhaust valve, then hard work will only be breathing in.
How is the fit around the nose?
