Left overs are often even better than the first time around. I think it’s just sitting in them juices. I regret not having leftovers from Monday. Got to work Tuesday and a co worker was telling me he didn’t get Christmas lunch because he was in the hospital with his wife. Didn’t get new years meal because she was still recovering and getting used to meds. I had my daughter bring him what we had left.
