Deer rifle ideas and training tips for a small child

.410 shotguns don't shoot 45 Colt pistol cartridges.
The chamber is the wrong dimension, and the bore on the shotgun is way too small.
Some handgun manufacturers have made handguns that are basically chambered for 45 colt cartridges with special modifications to allow them to also shoot .410 shotshells, but regular 410 shotguns can't do this.
Yet they will all day every day!

most single shot shotguns chambered in .410 WILL fire 45 long colt. This is something that was well known back in the days before the .45 long colt and the .410 fell out of vogue.

Oh, you are citing Quora, where 14-year-olds typing from their mothers' basements are free to answer questions on any subject with equal authority as gunsmiths, machinists and engineers?

Why not just shake that magic 8-ball and see what answer comes up in the little viewing window?

I actually tried putting a .45 Colt round into a single shot .410 shotgun.
Didn't fit, and action wouldn't close.
And if it had fit, I would not of actually fired it because that would involve sending a bullet that is .454" diameter through a gun who is barrel tapers down to .410"
a short distance forward of the chamber and forcing cone.

See these actual technical drawings from SAAMI-- the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Institute, which is the authority and the technical dimensions of cartridges and gun chambers in the Western world.
