1lb of thin cut venison
1 big onion
2 green peppers
old El paso taco seasoning.
cut up peppers and onion,add a little butter and cook over low to med heat until they become soft.
add a little butter and cook meat until browned.drain and add taco seasoning.
stir over low heat until thickened.
stir meat,peppers and onion and simmer until sauce is a little thick.
add to taco or burrito shells and enjoy the good life....
