I mess'em up pretty much 1/2 the time but I cheated on this one. Did 175 in oven for 5hrs and weber grill/smoker for 2 1/2 hrs. Best I've ever pulled off yet .

I fixed them last night and dry rubbed them and let stand in the fridge all night. I order my rub by the case. Legg's Custom Blend Seasonings. Use it on my Boston Butt's too. It's good stuff.

Is "leggs custom blend seasoning" the name of the company or name of the rub. The place l used to go to get my rubs was bulldozed to make room for rich people things. I need a good replacement. Do you have a link?

OP those ribs look great. I did a butt on Friday that was stubborn with the stall and had to finish it in the instant pot for a few minutes to be ready for our neighborhood feast. It wasn’t my best work at all and nothing to brag about, but everyone got fed and was happy.
