Put on 3 racks of Baby Backs on The RECTEC about 7:30 this morning and grilled some Jalapeno Peppers with Pimento Cheese and wrapped in bacon. Here's some pics from start to finish. What y'all think?

Looks good. What method do you use? What temp? Dry rub or sauce or both
These are 321 sticky ribs, yes a dry rub and a sauce on the last hour. Spritz every so often during the first 3 hours. wrap the 2 hours and mop on basting, which is butter, apple juice, and brown sugar. They were fall off moist and awesome. 225 degrees the whole time.

I would drive to Rockmart to eat dam.Man they look good.DD has some competition.LOL
