Current times on a 5320.20?

I filed one 6 weeks ago to take an SBR out of state... still have not received it back.. in the past, it seemed a lot quicker..

Anyone recently file one and get it back?

To my knowledge you just need to notify the ATF you're going to travel with a SBR. I didn't think you needed to have paperwork to travel.

You should have an approved 5320.20.. at least that is my understanding...

The ATF requires prior authorization after a written request to transport any destructive device, machine gun, short-barreled rifle, or short-barreled shotgun under Section 922(a)(4), The ATF does not require this prior authorization for a suppressor.

Permanent moves require notification
Temporary interstate transport requires permission.

USPS..... I still have not received my daughters Christmas card she sent in Mid December...... I will email a signed copy to NFAFax@atf.gov
