I can’t be the only one who loves a crockpot meal?

I tossed a 5lb beef chuckroast with a simple glass jar of pepperoncini‘s in the crockpot around 10am and set it at low. Nothing else.

Come home 15 min ago and toss the meat and peppers on some large hoagies with pepper Jack cheese, quick foil boat in the oven for 10 min and insane!
