Coyotes came around Saturday and yesterday,
we hear them nightly in fact this year has had a lot of activity, must have been a lot of pups born the past 2 years

neighbor arrowed one Friday, says he hears them outside his window

other neighbor lost 9 chickens Saturday night, he says they came over the fence and dragged them off to the same place his little dog went missing

I don't know anything about Coyotes, if you kill 1 or 2 will the rest avoid your area?

No not necessarily as long as there is a food source they will stay and multiply quickly, almost as bad as hawgs...
