Cooked a Publix rib roast this evening💥

4.32lb two bone roast in the oven at 250 degrees for about 3 hours. The little $19 meat probe from amazon is invaluable. The alarm was set to 130 degrees and this is how it came out. It was delicious, wife and dogs loved it.

My dogs are members of the family and are treated as such... no commercial dog food for them.. they eat what we eat. My 15.5 year old is incredibly healthy with clear eyes and beautiful soft fur and she loves rib roast
