Considering reloading... Questions inside

So I'm considering reloading now, particularly for 308. I'm not really interested in custom loads, just reloading range ammunition. What are people using for this? I'm trying to find the easiest one to use. I had a friend that did 223 a decade ago and he said he has something that allowed him to "crank" rounds out. Is that a thing?

Just get a lee turret, lee hand press. And a hand primer. Its the most cost efficient, space saving wY to turn ammo at a decent pace.

I have 30k Large Rifle, A few buckets of .308 brass, Maybe 6k of M80 147gr FMJ Pulldowns, and a Lee Turret Press setup.. Let me know if you'd be interested in any of it, I'd Love to get a fellow ODT'er reloading some 7.62's!
