Hey guys/gals, I am looking to have a slab poured for a metal bldg garage and was wondering what you've paid per yard finished. I know prices may vary some but I'm looking at having this done in the Cartersville/Bartow County area.

I recently had a 24x30, with a 4ft ramp done for about $8k. That included pushing up a couple stumps and very minor grading. I may have been able to find it cheaper, but it was hell trying to get people to come out and quote it. I wouldn’t suggest that guy that I used.

Is that just the slab, ramp and grading? How thick did you pour?

That was for a 4” 4000psi with 12”x12” footer around the perimeter. Oh metal garages have much longer lead time.

I’m getting a bid on a weird shaped pad, roughly 20x27

with about 400 cement blocks for a wall

To turn my walkable dirt crawl space into a half basement

gonna be interesting price I’m sure.
