Commercial plumber for Union City problem

As stated, I need a good commercial plumber for a portion of a 6inch (I think...could be 4) lateral replacement. Camera shows a belly (I’m being told) just outside of the building causing occasional backups inside.
Appreciate any recommendations of a upstanding company that could handle.

Because the job was not given to them. The business where the problem exists called me because of extremely high quoted price for repair. Long story not needing to be discussed publicly.
