Classifieds post permissions

Good evening! I can post a classifieds ad from my computer no problem. But when I try to do it from the Tapatalk app it says you don’t have permission. Is this common?

you only get 3 ads per month for free. If you relist an ad that counts toward that total. if you become a supporter you gets unlimited listing for the length of your subscription
