I promise you, it's a scam. That is a Gen 3, the one I posted (and am after) is a gen 2.

I thought about trying to set him up. But with my schedule, I really don't have the time to shoot anybody, or to be shot.

I always let them know that I won't be physically carrying cash on me, that if we make a deal I'll pull it out the bank. I'll go anywhere to look at something I'm interested in. What scares me is reading that you have to slap down $50,000 or so retainer before most attorneys will even start to defend you, let alone the final cost.
