Not a bad way to enhance an old rifle butt if you ever do this it is going to take a world of effort to get it out of the wood. My goal was to get it back to a nice blond Chinese Yu but every single time I restricted and came back the next morning it look like Barney had used it for toilet paper. The messiest stock I have ever done.
Luckily I had the freedom to do whatever I wanted and this is the end result before the final waxing.
Once the stock hits the corona throne there is no turning back
