I worked max here in Georgia for 5 years. Had tons of sex offenders and regardless what people think they are treated the same in prison. Inmates have access to smartphones now so they can look up other inmates or anything else including Facebook. 95% of child molesters are white middle age guys. They end up in general pop anyway. The days of convicts beating them or raping them to death is long gone. Most of you guys would be absolutely disgusted to see how good inmates actually live including in admin segregation or gen pop.

There are handheld devices to help locate veins. There are ultrasound machines to definitively locate veins. There are big veins in everyone's neck and accessing one is not "unusual punishment" or "cruel". Central lines are placed thousands of times each and every day, and the patients aren't being victimized by it.

Yes, some drugs are on backorder, but to kill someone with IV drugs is NOT hard. Enough versed and or fentanyl to lull them to sleep, if you don't have propofol, then just add more, they'll stop breathing and there is no "pain" because the brain isn't sending or receiving. Potassium will stop the heart, but so will the local anesthetic Marcaine / Bupivicaine. This is not rocket science, it's basic medicine and it's not hard.

Cruel was raping and killing a fourteen year old little girl. Cruel was her family knowing this SOB was still alive.

I can’t imagine a shortage of drugs. A friends brother bought some “bad” heroin and died before he could finish the syringe. Maybe they should give them heroin.

What do you mean they couldn’t find a vein? When my has blood drawn they insert a needle And just jab around until the find something. If they are going to die just stab them with a needle until it takes. Eventually they will go to sleep
