Moved to Florida. Need to change my address including the regional classified area. Any help?

Unfortunately we only have classifieds for Georgia right now.

I know in the past Ive seen out of staters not only post, but post to classifieds.
Is the ODT not allowing it any more because of scams? or potential law problems?
