Oh yea everyone is backed up but I've seen some companies just say 15-20 days and deliver faster. The last ammo I ordered from federal actually got to me before they even sent the shipping notification but I think that was a fluke.

The cci mini mags 100 packs are 11.99, ( last month I ordered 10 for 9.99 a piece), if you can find it at Walmart they have it for 7.99 per 100.
