Caught this little guy crawling across the driveway this afternoon. 1st one I have ever seen and held.

Every time I clean out the flower bed I find either a ring neck or a Dekays. We have a fair population of timber/canebrake rattlers here but I've only encounter a couple of copperheads. I did find a dead baby one last year. I think the cat killed it. That sulphur yellow tail is what caught my attention.
