Sent a 1970's knife back to them a couple of years back, repair dept. contacted me back and said they couldn't fix it, to old, they're using different type blades now. I sent the same knife to them in early 80's they said the same thing and included a list of independent repair dealers around the country. Still have the knife and letter.
