Can you tell me what rifle this is?

Saw this in a movie called The Journey and couldn't tell what they are. They were being used by the resistance fighters during the Hungarian revolution of '56.

I thought it might be an early SKS or VZ52 variant but it does not appear to be either one of those. What is it - perhaps just a made up rifle for the movie?

I assumed it was semi-auto and didn't even look at mosins. I see it now.
