That is where the confusion comes in. I understand it's a county park... If so I would think I could carry.

Doesn't matter..if it is located on Corps of Engineer property, you can't.
Best thing is give them a call and ask who owns the land, county or corps.

I followed up with Shady Grove and they stated that it was land leased by the county from the Corp but she wasn't sure about CCW. That person told me to follow up with Central Park as they managed Shady Grove and the office there told me that if I had a CCW I could. (Do I have proof they told me that - NO). I'm doing my best not to break the law, but sometimes you have to risk being a sheepdog.

Corps.land is a hassle.You can`t carry on West Point WMA,as it`s Corps. land.
