Can we get a spell checker on the Shotgun Classified Forum?

I personally am glad someone has taken the time to address this heinous matter. The atrocious and abominable grammar offenses inflicted on my sensibilities daily by some members leave me unable to peruse the ads for any extended period.
If we could get this matter resolved, perhaps we could move on to solving the riddle of date and time for ODT XXX.
move along Pops.

...and change .410 gauge to .410 bore, although just .410 would be acceptable.

I know you're right, and I try to use the correct Terminology myself,
but when the major ammo companies label their products wrong,
it's pretty difficult to keep being different for the sake of correctness.

Gauge is determined by the number of lead balls of size equal to the approximate diameter of the bore that it takes to weigh one pound. For example, it would take 12 lead balls with the same diameter as a 12-gauge shotgun bore to weigh one pound.

  • The .410-bore shotgun is the only exception to the gauge designation for shotguns. It has an actual bore diameter of 410/1000ths of an inch, which is approximately equivalent to a 67½ gauge.

The Federals I have are correctly labeled as .410 bore but the Winchester AA are incorrectly labeled as .410 gauge.
