Can anyone help identify this front sight post?

I have this front sight post that came on an lwrc in the flip up front sight attached to the piston block. I’ve been trying to identify the front site post because I like how it has the skinnier button on top for more precision(when desired). Can anybody help identify who makes it or where to find another one? Not sure that it was from factory since I’m second owner.

I appreciate it and I saw some of those in my searches. The stepped down/tapered one is similar but still not quite the same. Strangely specific piece, I know.
