Butt Slicing!!

Pulled @ 175 internal... wrapped ... slicing to follow later... keeping my fingers crossed this thing slices good.

Never tried to slice a butt. For sliced pork I get a rib roast and slice real thin.
That sounds like a winner!
I'm being coached from afar on this one so hopefully it turns out good. I think the slicing is gonna be the key.
I had originally thought about buying a meat slicer but after all I read here and other places about them being a pain in the ass to clean I nixed that idea and I'll just use a blade.
