Butt On

So, wifey dug out some meat out of the fridge.
One of our sons was here the other day, and he seasoned these ribs, with pear sauce & salt... Man! This thing is delicious!
And dinner, here we go!!

Sometimes the bone not falling out has to do with the pig. Trimming fat just isn't the way to go imo. Might be the deep cut in the middle to. Causing that area to cook faster. But it still looks good. Thanks for the play by play. You never know unless you try. I've made my share of mistakes l can assure you of that.

Honestly the whole idea of "fall of the bone" is wrong to me. Best ribs can be pulled off easily but don't just skip off the bone. Just my opinion of course.
