browning buckmark- shoots great, breaks down like crap and made out of plastic

Ruger Mark II all the way... (well, AMT Lightning also). I can tear them all the way down (yes, ALLLL the way down) and put back together in under 3 minutes.

Taking a Buck Mark apart is not that difficult. If you own a set of hex wrenches and have access to YouTube, it's going to be very easy. I know some people prefer disassembly with no tools (that's my 1911 preference) but let's not make a mountain out of a mole hill. If your complete tool set fits in a kitchen junk drawer and includes a broken butter knife, by all means, choose something else.

I'm bumping this just to post about swapping the front sight. Best money and 5 minutes I have spent in a while. Ordered from Dawson. Super, super easy.

I say..get it back together..shoot it and never dis-assemble it again

Works for my Ruger Mk 1.

Haven't disassembled it in 30 years, shot hundreds of round out of it.

Got tired of taking it to a gunsmith to put it back together.

Take the grips off, spray the whole thing down with the cheapest carb cleaner Auto Zone has, keep on shootin
