Broadhead targets?

I haven't been bow hunting for a long time. I haven't chosen broadheads yet but I doubt I'll bother with mechanicals. I know I'll have to shoot them to get them zeroed. What target works? Do the practice heads(dull blades) zeroe the same as the real heads? The last time I did this the shop would let you zeroe on their fancy target.
