Decided to do a Ham, onion and Cheese Omelette for breakfast.

Onions and ham first then

added the eggs

added cheese

Mighty fine eating! My wife is on a cheese omelette and toast with strawberry jam kick !Mine has been disabled from two bouts with cancer over last 18 years, and whatever she wants I get or fix ! God bless you and wife !
