Arrow too short, and pulled past rest.
Guy tries to flick it off by twisting bow hand and the bow does a "roll off" and shoves it through hand.

One of the "perks" to an easy to change draw length LOL.
Guy sets a bow up one way, changes rest or draw length and whooooooops.
