Henry's is the real deal. I'd put it up against most places back home.

I guess I'll try to check out the Red Crawfish, since it's right across the street from Discover Mills and Bass Pro. I have to wonder, though...the broken English on their FB page doesn't have a Cajun-French dialect.

I walked in once and it was staffed by all Asians. I tried to ask where they got their crawfish from. I got a blank stare and then something that sounded like "I seat you now?"

Have you been recently? Looking at yelp reviews seems like the ownership has changed recently and unfortunately for the worse?

I ate there a week ago. There was a change in ownership about 2 years back but it was definitely for the better.
Shrimp and grits is great. Good food all around.

The owner gets his crawdads fresh from LA when in season - not flown in from China.

My litmus is the crawfish etoufee. I don't know why either because despite Herculean efforts I've yet to find one remotely palatable outside of home.

His is good - as is the stuffed pork chop they have.
