I walked in once and it was staffed by all Asians. I tried to ask where they got their crawfish from. I got a blank stare and then something that sounded like "I seat you now?"I guess I'll try to check out the Red Crawfish, since it's right across the street from Discover Mills and Bass Pro. I have to wonder, though...the broken English on their FB page doesn't have a Cajun-French dialect.
Have you been recently? Looking at yelp reviews seems like the ownership has changed recently and unfortunately for the worse?

My litmus is the crawfish etoufee. I don't know why either because despite Herculean efforts I've yet to find one remotely palatable outside of home.I ate there a week ago. There was a change in ownership about 2 years ago but it was definitely for the better.
