Boil in a bag Omelet

Saw this on another site I frequent and wanted to try...Well All does not turnout like it should all the time..Note to ones self....Oil the inside of the Zip lock bag first and caramelize onions and ham before mixing...

And yes I am going to pay for eating the cheese.

I would not do that with regular plastic bags. Plastic leaching into the food isn’t good. That may be safe plastic. Idk

I always try something new if I can...Lesson learned, but I think if your going hunting or fishing it's quick and not much to clean up..

We have done this with my scout troop . They do take a little work to get just right.

Eggs scrambles in the micro dont taste the same or as good as when scrambled in the pan. Dont understand the science other than shortcuts lessen the finished product. Drank too much coffee this morning. Got me thinking too much

I do this with freezer bags but drop everything in it and squeeze the bag to mix it and do 3 at a time, not quite as good as a real omlet but edible
