The old timers of a South Ga club I was in swore there was a black buck on that place, back in the 80's. I never doubted them.

That's a cool deer, for sure.

I have watched a black deer grow for the last three years on my property in Anderson South Carolina. He is definitely shooting size. I see him almost every time I am there. But he is beautiful and I cannot pull the trigger on him.He is not as black as the one you have posted but he is definitely not a cracker

I saw a Black Buck a few years ago in a pasture Running with several other Normal Colored Bucks in Tyus, GA and He Was Sporting The Biggest Rack of them all.
