Go to Ga Firing line on Canton road. I've bought a bunch there. There have bag's of range pick up brass that's been tumbled and all you have to do is deprime it. It was like $20 a bag.

most ranges that i have been to the 9mm brass is all over the firing line. just as much as 22 lr brass. at last week match at the chatuga rifle club there was 9mm/45 acp/ 5.56 and other stuff all over the place free for the picking.

The last 9mm brass I bought I found on Etsy, from Bison Brass Co. It was once fired but came cleaned and polished. I was very happy with it.
