I'm thinking about making a Dutch oven chicken chili dish this weekend over a fire.

This is a pretty good one and perfect for that Dutch Oven.

Silver turtles is always a favorite of the kids

Marinated skirt steak directly on the coals. Heat up some tortillas and chop up some onion and cilantro. Very little clean up.

Never heard them called that, but looked them up. I like those. Easy to make and everyone can have something different.
