A friend thought of me and snagged this from The Liquor Barn in KY. It’s not a barrel strength but he didn’t know any better. I’m just happy to have received it.

Looking forward to cracking it open when I’ve finished a few opened ones.

A family member of mine picked this single barrel of Elijah Craig at Christmas time with his group in Shreveport.

It’s probably one of the best Elijah Craig’s I’ve ever had! Sweet smoky vanilla caramel and tobacco galore!

Well, thank you, but I will pass. I drink bourbon that doesn't break my wallet. While I may never know how Pappy tastes, I am very happy with the bourbon I drink.

Thanks for the offer but I'm going to have to pass. Would be hard to open a bottle that costs that much and I like to drink my bourbon.
