A friend brought me a 390 Beretta that's clean enough to eat out of, but the barrel seems to be frozen to the receiver? I don't know if it's rust or swollen inside the receiver. I suspect rust/corrosion though.
I can't tell if it's stuck in the receiver area or on the magazine/recoil tube, but it won't budge. I've soaked it with penetrating oil with no change. I did read where people have resorted to using a hammer. I'm not going there. I'll give it back and let someone else hammer it.
