I’ve got a 25yo Benelli M1-90 that I love.
I replaced the mainspring in it 12 years ago.
It feels like it needs it again.
Any suggestions for replacement? Upgrades?

There are multiple designs based on the serial number of the gun. Call or e-mail Midwestgunworks for the correct one.
The retaining nut for the spring is secured with Red Loctite. A heat gun on high for about 5 minutes or a propane torch for a couple of minutes should heat it sufficiently to remove.
For those who use these with light target loads, the standard spring normally last several years between replacement.
