Working on my next recipe, red ale. Gonna call it Irish Redhead
I never tried brewing beer but have made a lot if incredible Muscadine wine and enjoy the whole process.
I made a lot of beer. Worst I ever made was good. It will ruin you for store bought beer.
Used to 30 yrs ago. Back then you really had to work to find the good ingredients. There wasn't a supply store anywhere near and the internet didn't exist.
We made a lot of good brews though, Imperial Stouts and porters were my personal favorites.
Just kind of drifted away from it and eventually just got rid of all my stuff. The only thing I still have is my hydrometer and my bottle capper.
